A good market offers everything you need, often with attractive deals and discounts. The staff are consistently kind and helpful, which enhances the overall experience. I particularly enjoy occasionally having a coffee and a pastry from the bakery while sitting and taking in the view at Rewe.

Very expensive supermarket, which takes advantage of being the only one in center of the city. Vegetables don't hold for more than a couple of days! Better take a bus from ZOB and go to a discounter (10 mins away from center)

Has all the groceries...except for soba noodles not talking about cup noodles... many billing counters, easy to find stuff...good staff always ready to help:-)

Good: - the location, very central and easy to reach Neutral: - the selection. Nothing special. Bad: - the prices (except the no-name brand stuff called "ja!") - the cheap stuff is often sold out (white bread mostly) - very often theres pallets of stuff that are to be put on the shelves on the sides of the aisles, which wouldn't be a huge problem if people weren't constantly standing there or coming from the other direction and causing a congestion - desperately needs more checkouts. They added self-checkout a few months ago which made the problem of having too few checkouts even worse (maybe it's just a coincidence). The lines are super long even during bad times (Tuesday before midday) and during the evening or Friday/Saturday it's a complete mess the whole day. If possible, avoid this supermarket. There are better and cheaper options (Norma, Aldi, Lidl), unfortunately in worse locations. The only time I go there is if I want something quick to eat / drink while in the city, but the long checkout lines make even that unattractive.

The supermarket with the best central location in Passau. Product variety is good enough considering it's a relatively small place. It's somewhat expensive. At certain times it gets too crowded.
