About Restaurant Chinesischer Garten
Located at Marktpl. 21a, 99631 Weißensee, Restaurant Chinesischer Garten operates as a chinesisch serving Weißensee in Thüringen. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Eating out in Germany runs from a quick Döner at an Imbiss to a long evening in a Gasthaus, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. Lunch menus (Mittagstisch) are usually the best value, menu prices already include 19% VAT and service, and many kitchens close between lunch and dinner. Bakeries open early and are the one shop you can count on for a Sunday morning.
The business lists hours on 4 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 12–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 036374 368888. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is restaurant-chinesischer-garten.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 51 reviews, which is a strong result for a chinesisch in Weißensee and suggests consistent service.
Weißensee is in Thüringen, in the east of the country, where Dresden, Leipzig and the smaller historic towns combine restored old centres with lower rents and prices than the west; the continental climate brings hot summers and cold, dry winters. For directions in Weißensee, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.
