I ordered a print via email in which I have described CLEARLY AND PRECISELY in German EVERY LITTLE DETAIL (dimensions, purpose of the print etc). The employee has mistaken milimeters for centimeters, creating an absurdly big print-out. I asked to redo the print correctly and it was again completely wrong. And then again, wrong... He later used a roll tape measure for construction to check the dimensions. I'm speechless... I don't want to be offensive, but how can you hire someone who can't read a simple email to understand what client is asking for and who can't set up the printer properly. I just wasted a lot of time and money.
