Ich hatte mit meiner Mutter (90) bereits eine kleine Rundtour wegen Rollator hinter mir, weil niemand ein Rezept der BEK abrechnen wollte. Dann kamen wir hier an und alles wurde gut: unglaublich freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr kompetente Beratung. Den Rollator konnten wir sofort mitnehmen und die (um die Zuzahlung der BEK reduzierte Rechnung) wurde meiner Mutter 2 Wochen später direkt zugesandt. Wegen eines Haltegriffs in der Dusche wurde angeboten, einen Mitarbeiter zu schicken, der sich vor Ort umschaut und die sinnvollste Lösung vorschlägt. Bei weiterem Bedarf nehme ich die weitere Anfahrt gerne in Kauf 😊.

Mein Vater wurde aus der Reha entlassen, ohne Hilfsmittel! Das Reha-Aktiv-Team hat uns sofort noch am selben Tag geholfen. Super kompetent und schnell. Vielen Dank 🙏

Ein Rollstuhl wurde doppelt berechnet und erst auf Nachfrage rückerstattet, auf einer Rechnung wurde eine falsche HVM-Nr eingetragen, was zu Ärger mit der Krankenkasse führte, schließlich noch ein Gewährleitungsfall bei einer Schiebehilfe, der zuerst abgestritten, dann aber doch eingeräumt wurde, verbunden mit der Bitte seitens Reha-aktiv , das Geschäftsverhältnis zu beenden. Das habe ich sehr gerne getan. Mit dem Sanitätshaus, bei dem ich seitdem bin, bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Super freundlich kompetent und schnell. Montag das Rezept abgegeben und Dienstag wurde das Pflegebett geliefert und aufgebaut. Das gleiche mit anderen Hilfsmittel. Auch hat es mich sehr gefreut dass mir sehr unbürokratisch im Notfall ein Ausstellungsstück gleich mitgegeben wurde. Vielen Dank Ludwig Graf
