Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. For directions in Berlin, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

It‘s interesting that the reviews here are quite black or white. I always had great experiences in this store. Good products, average prices and really good advice and assistance. But I guess especially for foreigners the rather rough, direct communication in Berlin can be quite challenging sometimes. I will return - they have quite a few nice organic products that are difficult to find elsewhere🙃

Rude sales clerk made me feel unwelcome. I will take my business to a store that appreciates their customers instead.

They sold me CBD/Hemp oil for +50€, saying it could be used as sublingual drops. Turns out it’s just for aroma and you shouldn’t drink. Massive scammers, never again.

The staff in this store treated me like I was going to steal something and spoke to me in a very rude way. You would expect a better service in a store like this. You just lost a customer

The sales assistant at the counter was extremely rude while I paid for my items. She spoke to me like I was a child, when she asked me to not leave an item I had decided against buying at a wrong shelf. Because of this treatment, I will not return to this store which is a shame as the selection is very good, but when you allow the staff to treat paying customers this way the service level needs a serious upgrade.
