About RE/MAX Central

Immobilienmakler Unternehmen München Sendling

RE/MAX Central is an immobilienmakler in München, Bayern. It is listed at Plinganserstraße 5, 81369 München-Sendling, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Property decisions carry more risk than most purchases, so read the contract carefully; for a purchase the notary (Notar) certifies it. German rental listings quote Kaltmiete (rent without utilities) and Warmmiete (rent plus Nebenkosten such as heating and water); the deposit (Kaution) is capped at three months' cold rent, and for rentals the landlord pays the agent under the Bestellerprinzip. Visit at different times of day to judge noise and light, and register your new address at the Bürgeramt (Anmeldung) after moving in.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. Typical hours are 9 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 089 5521520. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, central-muenchen-sendling.remax.de.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 56 reviews, which is a strong result for an immobilienmakler in München and suggests consistent service.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I was struggling to find an apartment for months and I came across Remax Ad for literally the best apartment I've ever seen during my long search. I didn't think I'd have a chance to get it, but Mrs. Boluk helped a lot with my chances, she sat with me to explain and go through the contract bit by bit and she offered the best services in a very professional way. Re/max is highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with Re/Max in Munich. They accommodated speaking English with me at ease, as my German was still not very good at the time of renting. They answered all my questions, were incredibly thorough in describing how processes work, were fair in their evaluations and meetings, and were polite and friendly. It was a pleasure to have rented with them. Would only recommend!
