Outstanding food quality. The broth on the dipping ramen was amazing and was extremely flavorful. Definitely recommend for anyone.

Tried the Chashu Ramen and it was really tasty! The broth was flavorful, the noodles cooked well, and the chashu was tender and delicious. A great spot for a comforting bowl of ramen in Bayreuth.

As an Asian girl and a food addict who’s been living in Paris for two years now, I have high standards when it comes to Asian dishes, especially ramen, and this spot in Bayreuth completely blew me away. Honestly, it’s the best ramen I’ve had in a long time. We ordered the Chashu Ramen and the Original Don Katsu. The ramen broth was rich, flavorful and balanced, not too salty, just incredibly comforting. But the real star for me was the noodles. They’re homemade and have that perfect bouncy texture, fresh and super satisfying with every bite. The Don Katsu was also excellent, crispy yet tender, with just the right amount of sauce. Every component on the bowl felt intentional and combined perfectly. The vibe of the restaurant was cozy and relaxed, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. It’s a spot that you cannot miss when you’re in Bayreuth. I only wish it were closer to Paris so I could come back more often…
