That was my first and last time to visit this brand , I went to their branch in Hirmer was very disappointing. The customer service was poor, and I did not feel respected or valued as a customer. This experience did not meet even basic expectations. Before that, I visited Giorgio Armani, where the customer service was perfect as always—professional, attentive, and respectful. That clearly shows the difference between a good brand and a bad one. Customer service is at least 50% of the sales process.

The staff here is really helpful, Silvia so kind to ask me if need any assistance. As my requested, she brought the right item what I want in a few minutes. And did the tax refund paper work also in a short time. Thank you very much Silvia. It was a pleasure experience.

First time of my life feeling the urge to write a Google review. I came in yesterday to buy one hoodie male. I was served by a blond girl with russian/east european accent who did everything to make me feel uncomfortable. Every question regarding size and colour seemed annoyed her, no empathy or attention to the client. One of the worst shopping experience of my life, I was treated simply as one hassle, she was almost reluctant to talk to me. I would have purchased something else but there was no basis to continue any shopping. I will never come back to this shop again and I will tell my contacts in town to do the same.

Unacceptable rude and discriminatory treatment at Ralph Lauren… I recently visited Ralph Lauren Münich store with my sister for shopping, but unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience due to the behavior of a specific staff member. From the moment we entered, he was hostile and arrogant. Instead of offering help, he followed us around the store in a way that made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. They constantly checked on us, not to assist, but to scrutinize. At one point, when my sister was in the fitting room, a staff member even questioned why she was taking so long, which was completely unnecessary and intrusive. Despite this poor treatment, we still purchased several items, as we genuinely like the brand. However, the experience was so negative that it left us feeling deeply uncomfortable, unwelcome, and discriminated against. When we raised our concerns with the store manager, she was kind and understanding, but the employee who treated us poorly did not even offer an apology. I was running a little late in running to catch the U bahn, but found the time to shop in one of my favorite stores. The selection was one that was different from the choices we have state-side. I purchased to Polo Bear items that I fell in love with. The staff was friendly, helpful, and conducted all business in English. I'm glad that I made time to shop here in Munich.
