Sehr schlechter Service. Es ist extrem schwer, jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen, und auf E-Mails wird nicht geantwortet. Vor zwei Jahren hat die Firma eine Reparatur unserer Gastherme in der Wohnung durchgeführt — Kosten 1.400 €. Im Januar dieses Jahres ist die Therme erneut ausgefallen. In der Wohnung waren es nur 13 Grad. Trotz der Dringlichkeit hat das Unternehmen weder auf E-Mails noch auf Anrufe reagiert. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Leistung gut aber Preise intransparent und sehr hoch! Der Heizungsmonteur hat die Wartung unserer Gastherme gut und erwartungsgemäß durchgeführt. Leider kam dann mit der Rechnung das böse erwachen. Für weniger als 1 Stunde Wartung bekamen wir eine Rechnung von 352€. Auf Nachfrage wurde der hohe Preis damit begründet, dass zu der Monteurstunde nochmal 1 Stunde für die Beschaffung des Wartungssets und dessen Transport in unser Dachgeschoss abgerechnet werden. Hätte ich es auch bezahlen müssen, wenn der Monteur das Set ungefragt aus Bayern abgeholt hätte? Dann noch die Pauschalen für die Bereitstellung des Kundendienstfahrzeugs (ca 60€) und für Kleinteile (ca 24€). In Summe kam dann dieser sehr hohe Preis für eine einfach Standardwartung heraus. Insgesamt bleibt ein unschöner Beigeschmack.

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden. Der Mitarbeiter, der bei mir war, war wahnsinnig kompetent. Er hat sich Zeit genommen mir die Dinge zu erklären, die unklar waren, mich beraten, den Fehler an der Therme gefunden und behoben. Die Preise sind fair, der Service im Vorfeld via Telefon und Mail eine Mischung aus kompetent und sympathisch. Erwartungen vollends erfüllt!

Alles vom feinsten. Super Team. Wenn Kompetenz ein Begriff hat, diese Firma, mit diesen Leuten. Mehr geht nicht. 👌👍👌👍👌✌️✌️. Wenn alle so bauen und arbeiten würden, hätten wir keine Probleme mehr 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️👍👌✌️💪

Auf euch kann man sich wirklich immer verlassen - vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Bisher hat alles immer super schnell und unkompliziert geklappt. Uns wurde alles erklärt und es hat danach immer alles wieder funktioniert. Gerne wieder (auch wenn ich hoffe, dass unsere Heizung jetzt ein bisschen länger durchhält)!
