Trotz der sehr konträren Bewertungen, habe ich mich entschieden, mein Fahrrad in diese Werkstatt zu bringen. Weil ich Local Dealer unterstützen möchte. Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Mein Fahrrad hatte eine gerissene Speiche. Bei der Gelegenheit habe ich auch eine neue Kette in Auftrag gegeben. Ich sollte das Fahrrad bereits am Nachmittag wieder abholen. Ich habe sofort bar bezahlt (96 €) und auch Trinkgeld gegeben und ausdrücklich den schnellen Service gelobt. Den Preis fand ich fair! Nach dem Abholen habe ich auf dem Nachhauseweg sofort bemerkt, dass die Schaltung stark verstellt war. Als ich mir das Fahrrad genauer angesehen habe, habe ich gesehen, dass eine viel zu kurze Kette installiert war. Sie war so kurz, dass das Schaltwerk auf dem größten Ritzel horizontal in der Luft lag und in dieser Stellung die Kette nur noch Kontakt zu einem der kleinen Röllchen am Schaltwerk hatte. Bei der Reklamation am nächsten Tag war dann ein anderer Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Er nahm die Reklamation kommentarlos entgegen und sagte nur, ich könne das Fahrrad am Nachmittag wieder abholen. Als ich am Nachmittag kam, war wiederum der erste Mitarbeiter im Laden und bestritt, dass die Kette zu kurz

Ich habe mein Fahrrad vorletzte Woche zum radland Klaus Bayer gebracht, und er verlangte von mir, für die Kette und für ein Metall Stück 94 Euro. Wie arm, und traurig...
