Ein absolut unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter! Man kommt in die Filiale und bekommt weder Unterstützung noch Verständnis noch Hilfe bei der Lösung des Problems, sondern nur Respektlosigkeit und Unhöflichkeit. Bis heute war das Personal immer gut. Ich bin enttäuscht!

Der Verlust der Poststelle (grundsätzlich schlecht gelaunte Mitarbeiter) kann man sehr gut verkraften, wenn das was nachfolgt besser, schneller, professioneller und engagierter zu Werke geht, was hier der Fall ist + erhebliche längere Öffnungszeiten was für Berufstätige durchaus einen erheblichen Mehrwert darstellt.

super toller Service. wollte mir grad was ausdrucken lassen und das hat und hat nicht funktioniert wegen meinem USB Stick aber statt einfach zu sagen das geht nicht hat der Herr der mich bedient hat nicht locker gelassen und doch noch eine Lösung gefunden und mir auch noch einen Sonderpreis gemacht. drum vielen Dank für Ihre Geduld und Ihr Entgegenkommen 👍

Die Dame die dort arbeitet Rua Aki( die sich auch als Chefin dort bezeichnet hat) macht jedes mal Probleme und ist auch noch unverschämt. Dieses Mal hat sie es zum Problem gemacht, dass man nicht unter 10€ zahlen darf. Mein Betrag lag bei 9€. Zusätzlich war sie unverschämt und hat mich angezickt. Ich wüsste gerne was die Kreditkartengesellschaft(Visa, Master, ect.) dazu sagt, weil vertraglich unterschrieben wird, dass man keinen Mindestbetrag vorschreiben darf.
