The service is good yea, very neat and good But the point is; my nails were hit somewhere by mistake and started paining so much, i couldn't use that finger, so i went to the salon asking them if they can remove it. I didn't get an appointment yes , they could've told me kindly that we're full , we can't do today. Instead the lady was super rude, she was like " What can i do about your pain?, it's not my problem, we're full" There were other customers and in front of all insulting a person like that was really rude . I kept my voice down and kindly told her, it's paining so can you help me? She replied very rude. I did recommend the shop to my friends as the quality is nice but I'm not gonna do anymore, and i don't think I'll ever go to the salon again. It's about Your Behaviour when you run a shop too, If you don't have good attitude towards your customer, then even if you have good quality, it doesn't matter.

While installing the nails everything thing was nice bit after five weeks nails started paining and when I went to remove the nails the were the rudest people who told us it is not their problem they asked us to leave. If they deny it would been better but they insulting us was not needed.

Ich war bisher immer bei der lieben Melinda und bin super zufrieden! Sie macht einem wunderschöne Nägel in kurzer Zeit und arbeitet sehr vorsichtig und sauber. 🥰❤️ Sie ist sehr freundlich und berät einen auch wenn man sich unsicher ist. 😊

Nice place in central area and very good service. Paid €35 for French tip acrylics. Staff took extra time to ensure pleasant experience. Will go again. 💅🏻
