The pizza I have to say is probably one the best I ever had. Traveled in Italy and Europe a lot and still somehow the best pizza is in Berlin. Classic style and just the service is personal and also great. Full points from this traveller.

Amazing pizza experience at Prometeo in Berlin. The pizza is outstanding: the dough is light, perfectly digestible, and the quality of the ingredients is genuinely top-tier and authentically Italian — and that’s coming from a Neapolitan. Prices are very reasonable for the quality offered, and the staff is super efficient, friendly, and welcoming. Definitely one of the best pizza spots in Berlin. Highly recommended!

We went there for the "true Italian food aperitivo" which takes place every year in Berlin. It was lovely and so good! The staff was super nice, I accidentally spilled my campari spritz and they gave me another one.. true kindness! Also the "fave e cicoria" was so good. We tried the focaccia and it was super soft! Grazie per averci fatto sentire veramente il calore di casa

I should have checked the reviews before to come here, since it does seem there is a clear pattern: service is horrible. The place is extremely chaotic, waiters scream and laugh and don't care about the customers. We asked for "Crocchette di patate" but were told they were sold out. Instead, we were asked if we wanted "supplì". Nevertheless, 45 minutes later, the table behind us, arrived well after us, got the "Crocchette", probably because they were old customers. Pizza were ok, but 16 euros for a Norma seems a bit too much. As well as 7 euro for a bottle of water. Also, they don't accept credit cards, only cash: honestly, this is not acceptable in 2026. In general, the main problem is the total lack of professionalism by the staff and the bad atmosphere you feel around you. The food is ok, the experience is terrible.

We went to Prometeo Authentic Pizza for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by its cozy corner location and ample seating, perfect for accommodating multiple guests. The staff members were incredibly polite and friendly, making the dining experience all the more enjoyable. The pizza we had was one of the best we’ve ever tasted—the flavor was exceptional. We’ll definitely be coming back to enjoy it again!
