About Prinz-Eugen Apotheke
Located at Belgradstraße 80, 80804 München-Schwabing-West, Prinz-Eugen Apotheke operates as an apotheken serving München in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Medical services in Bayern range from neighbourhood practices to university hospitals. Bring your insurance card, any previous test results and a list of medications you take. Your Hausarzt (family doctor) is normally the first stop and issues the referral (Überweisung) that specialists and hospitals ask for. Pharmacies (Apotheken) are separate businesses that dispense the prescription you are handed, and every district keeps a Notdienst rota so that one pharmacy is open at night and on Sundays.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 9 am–1 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 089 3001204. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, prinzeugenapotheke.de.
Its Google rating stands at 3.3 out of 5 from 32 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve had one of the worst experiences with this Apotheke in Munich. The staff, especially the woman I dealt with, was extremely unfriendly, arrogant, and had a very dismissive attitude. Every time I go there, they overcharge me and give me something they decide is “similar” instead of what I actually asked for. They never explain properly, don’t want to help, and just rush me out. I feel disrespected every time I visit. This is not how a pharmacy should treat people — especially those coming in for help. Definitely not recommended!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

The pharmacists are very unfriendly and unwilling to help finding an alternative medication or do a pick-up order. I went about six or seven times in the past four years and they always seemed annoyed or in a bad mood. Only once I was able to get my prescription and felt like I was intruding and doing something questionable, I left as soon as possible. I wonder how they keep the pharmacy running, considering similar reviews. Anyhow, there are phenomenal options at the Rümann Straße (next to the Bus stop Rümann Straße) and at the Bonner Platz (next to the Rewe supermarket). Pharmacies are struggling with online competition so I can't comprehend the luxury of being unfriendly to the customer.

the lady was so very arrogant and unkind, there is very bad behavior towards customers, this is my 2nd time going to this pharmacy and never again!!!! I wanted to pay through my phone, but she told me that it is not possible, it is a credit card and I could not prove to her that it is an EC card, and for one pregnancy test she wanted to charge me 28.80 euros in other pharmacies, dm, the same one cost 8-10 euros!!!! the last time I was there and I asked for flu pills she didn't even want to listen to me or check if she had any she cut me off and immediately said she didn't have any.

The woman attending in the afternoon is super unfriendly. She is super rude and refused to receive my payment because I wanted to pay it with my phone (I didn't had my wallet). I tried to told her that it was a virtual EC card, but she kept arguing saying that it was a credit card. She might think that just because it is my phone, it is a credit card. She had been rude with my wife as well in other occasions. Totally unfriendly and clueless.
