Ingolstadt is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in Ingolstadt, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very disappointing experience at Primark Ingolstadt. The clothing sections are often messy and disorganized, as many other customers have already mentioned in their Google reviews. I was simply looking through the clothes to find my size when an employee suddenly shouted, “What are you doing?” I was shocked and replied, “I’m just looking for my size.” She then accused me of making the area untidy. I pointed out that the section was already disorganized before I arrived, and she responded, “That’s not my job,” while continuing to raise her voice. I never argued with her or blamed her for the condition of the store. I was simply trying to shop like any other customer. Being spoken to in such a rude and aggressive manner was embarrassing and completely unacceptable. If a store is consistently untidy, customers should not be shouted at for trying to find their size. I expected much better customer service and will think twice before shopping here again.

Awful and rude employees!!! Don’t trust the price tags because they say different price at the checkout.

I got declined to the bigger fitting room. I was there with my daughter in the stroller, which is too big for the normal fitting rooms. It was only for disabled people. There was no one there! I only had a shirt and a dress, wouldn't even take me 5 minutes (if even). That was the last time you've seen me there. Peace out.

Ordinary and low quality products with a small prices. They push the consumers consume more than they really need. This is the way of capitalism of course. Everyone should think twice when consume sources like money, energy, food, water, produced materials and time also.
