If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this doctor Gößling, has been consistently unprofessional, disrespectful, quite frankly, discriminatory, and lacks empathy — especially towards my mother, who is wheelchair-bound and relies on me as her caregiver. 1. Left us unattended for over an hour At our very first appointment, I arrived 1 hour early. The doctor leaned in and said to me, “Don’t think that coming early means you’ll go in earlier.” And then left us — my mum in her wheelchair — waiting 1 hour and 23 minutes with no explanation or care. 2. Prescription incident In November 2023, I arrived 10 minutes late to pick up a prescription in an EMPTY practice. I was told to wait 2 hours, or return in February. This isn’t even my practice — it’s my mother’s, and the doctor knows I am her carer. 3. Refusal to issue a Krankentransportschein Today, I requested a Krankentransportschein before the appointment and again during the consultation. The doctor gave several flimsy excuses and refused to issue it, insisting I return another day. After the appointment, while waiting for the ambulance, I heard her loudly say at reception: “Das ist eine Unverschämtheit, also nein!

English speaking doctor in Berlin! Thorough and caring. In June 2023 I was staying in Berlin Mitte and was very ill with a throat infection. I found it hard to find an English speaking doctor who would see a new patient. After many telephone calls I found this practice and could not have been happier with my treatment. The reception staff spoke almost no English but I appreciated their seating me outside on the balcony to protect other patients in case it was Corona/COVID 19. The doctor had excellent English and was more thorough and holistic than any GP I have seen at home in Australia. Fee was most reasonable and the prescribed medicines (including antibiotic and naturopathic) helped considerably with an illness that I thought was about to ruin our family holiday.

The doctor was very rude and non-supportive. I have to undergo a surgery and to calm down I wanted to check if I need general blood test, which last time I did in 2019 and had high cholesterol. But the doctor started aggressively talking to me that I need to eat less, without even asking what I eat and simply looking at me 171cm and only 52kg so I definitely don’t eat that much :). Very much lost what to do, since all the good doctors switch to private and we need to allow this kind of treatment.

Fantastic experience. I had a visit and a blood extraction. Everything went great, fast and I didn’t feel a thing. They speak English and have a smile on their faces. You feel taken care of. Highly recommended

English speaking fabulous doctors Love the atmosphere. Starting from always smiling medical assistants to nice waiting area to caring doctors, You already start feeling good/recovered once you see the doctors. Doctors ask you your complete history and recommend next steps. Dr. Susanne blum is my favorite here. The blood collection facility is neat and clean.
