Die Leistungsdiagnostik war insgesamt sehr ausführlich und die Ergebnisse sowie die weiteren Handlungsempfehlungen wurden verständlich erklärt. Dafür vielen Dank. Auch die wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter waren durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Etwas unglücklich empfand ich allerdings einzelne Bemerkungen des Oberarztes. Gleich zu Beginn des Abschlussgesprächs fragte er sinngemäß: „Was ist denn Ihre Diagnose? Sind Sie keine Hobbyärztin?“ Das kam bei mir leider etwas herablassend an und ich hatte dadurch direkt das Gefühl mit meinen Symptomen nicht ganz ernst genommen zu werden. Ich hätte mir an dieser Stelle einen etwas sensibleren Umgang gewünscht. Insgesamt war die Leistungsdiagnostik aber sehr ausführlich und hilfreich.

Nach vielen Vorerkrankungen war ich gestern in der Prävention & Sportmedizin/Sportkardiologie der TUM in der Ismaningerstrasse, um endlch wieder Vertrauen in meinen Körper zu bekommen. Herausgekommen bin ich mit klaren Infos und einem hervorragenden Trainingsplan - und starte jetzt mit echter Zuversicht. Das Team war super freundlich, vom Empfang über die Schwestern bis zu den Ärzt*innen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Frau Roth und Frau Dr. Fiorentini - sehr aufmerksam, präzise, menschlich herausragend. Klare Empfehlung.

Nach der Berichterstattung in den Medien kann man dieser Abteilung nur einen Stern geben. Traurig, dass der leitende Chef dieser Abteilung anscheinend kein angenehmes Verhältnis zu seinen Kollegen aufbauen kann. Zudem ein Armutszeugnis der TUM sich auf eine Seite zu schlagen, ohne vorher objektiv alle Aussagen geprüft zu haben. Bitter für eine "Exzellenzuniversität".

I had an outstanding experience with the doctor and her entire team. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, kind, and attentive. They took the time to listen carefully, explain every step, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I went through a complete series of preventive cardiological exams, including stress tests, echocardiography, and detailed blood analysis. Everything was handled with great precision and care, using modern equipment and a very organized workflow. Without a doubt, this was the best medical care I’ve received in Munich — a combination of professionalism, empathy, and genuine concern for the patient’s well-being. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality medical attention and a team that truly cares.

After an initial cancelled appointment the facility made great efforts to rectify the problem and I was able to attend my appointment within a week. My experience there, the staff were extremely friendly and professional. All the processes were explained to me and there was also no problem assisting me in English as all the staff were fluent in both English and German. Thank you for the good experience.
