Wir können auch nicht bestätigen, dass es jemals Probleme mit Terminen gab, so wie es hier einige wenige schildern. WIR SIND ZUFRIEDEN !

Toller Poolbauer der sein Handwerk versteht! Und immer eine Lösung für ein Problem hat wenn mal etwas nicht läuft oder ausläuft. Tolle Beratung und verkauft. Danke für die gute Zusammenarbeit.

This is my second review of the Seeigel Pool and Sauna Shop. The first one was after I took over the maintenance of my father inlaws' pool and filter maybe 10 years ago. The filter itself was leaking like a sieve and the water was always cloudy or even green. I had zero understanding of it. I spoke with the one of the owners, there might be two, but I'm not clear on that. I was lost. I showed him my sketches of the problem(s). Instead of saying the filter was trash, he sold me some plastic hoses and gave me advice, said to come back if I had any other difficulties. I went back more than once, bought a port for inside the pool. I fixed a filter that caused my FIL years of head aches for under 20 Euros. The owner had won my confidence. He did not try to sell me a new filter. I later learned that my FIL has stored all supplies outside over the winter. That was another reason he had nothing but problems and drained the 22,000 liter pool out every year... and still had water problems. Many of the chemicals and water testing supplies were inaccurate due improper storage. I even corrected that in no time. I knew it had to be "us", no one else had the water problems we had. T

Tops - I went in there with absoultely no idea about how to fix and then care for an inherited swimming pool. The pool was a complete mess and my husband and I got it back to a top form. I was lost as to water and filter care and they really helped me. NOT ONCE DID I FEEL LIKE THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL ME THINGS I DID NOT NEED. I solved a decade long leaking filter hose problem with a 2,00 Euro piece of hose. Amazing. The filter doesn't drop a single drop of water - excellent. The prices for the pool chemicals are comparable or less than online. They have the expensive Bayrol line and a similar yet far less expensive one from Bellaqua. Great small little shop with easy parking for all of you automobile drivers either directly in front or near by. I was a difficult customer because I had absoultely no idea about anything for a pool and now I'm an authority. I highly recommend going there and not a shop like Baushaus or Hornbach for supplies - great prices and fantastic advice for your questions.
