Friendly service, though prices seemed a bit on the high side for the furniture

Nice store with interesting collection of sofas. We were greeted by a very friendly staff, and he listened to our needs and guided emphatically to our purchase. He explained options with clarity without any overpromise and generic statements. I can safely recommend this place.

We unfortunately bought a 3.900€ sofa at Fischer and I have to say that I am regretting it very bad. The delivery took 3 months, which is ok if you get what you paid for but the sofa came with scratches a the front, the seat is not straight, the back part when opened let a whole at the beginning of the seat and between the cushions that go on the wall the stitches are so bad done that there is 2 cm between them. We complained and they need 6 weeks to give us an appointment to work on it! Use you money and time somewhere else.

Mr. Assebane welcomed us with a warm and friendly approach. My daughter received a small surprise from him, which made our shopping even easier. We were given a thorough and professional advices and we really felt that he listened to our needs and gave all the possibilities that they can offer. His manager was also helpful and did his best to help us get a reasonable price. We were so happy with the couch we picked, we decided to get a bed from them as well. Wonderful service and we recommend to go to Fischer, if you are looking for quality furnitures and friendly stuff. Mr Assebane - thank you and we will come back again for next project :)
