September 7 2026: I came in and right away I was greeted and offered assistance by a young girl. It was her 3rd day working at the store. She was very helpful and supportive and informative. I was very impressed by her. The store was very clean and neatly laid out and they had a lot of stock. I purchased olive pants and a leather jacket and I am very happy with the purchase. Thank you so much to the entire staff for a great experience.

Had a very pleasant experience at this shop. The layout is well organized, and the staff were exceptionally helpful in recommending the right gear with a perfect fit. They also provided excellent assistance in English, which made the whole experience even better.

I had a very nice experience last week as I came long way from Egypt.. the sales guy Marko was very friendly and helpful as well as the hayabusa guy in charge of the branch. Unfortunately, although customs officer approved the invoice global blue desk refused to make tax refund due to deal with Polo Mottorad is expired.. so pls guys need someone to communicate with me to see how to settle and collect the refund over my credit card.. I have bought a pair of motorcycle boots, a pair of jeans and a motorcycle jacket here, and I am 100% satisfied with it. Instead of organised according to clothes, helmets, gloves, etc., the shop is trying to have everything sorted out according to styles and themes, e.g. the casual wears, adventure style, and so on. I personally find this system is very helpful. Since I went for casual style, and I almost got everything in one corner of the shop. The owner Wolf is very patient and friendly. Because my size for the jeans is a little bit uncommon, Wolf has ran back and forth many times to help me to find the proper size. To summarize, this POLO is definitely worth for a second time visit.
