Leider kann ich diese Praxis nicht weiterempfehlen. Besonders für Patienten, die nicht aus Deutschland kommen oder deren Muttersprache nicht Deutsch ist, ist der Umgang hier sehr enttäuschend. Das Personal, insbesondere die Krankenschwestern, verhält sich sehr unfreundlich und herablassend. Ich habe mich dort absolut nicht willkommen oder gut behandelt gefühlt. Ich bereue es sehr, diese Praxis aufgesucht zu haben.

Sehr guter und korrekter Arzt. Die Organisation ist gut und durchdacht. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind höflich korrekt. Die telefonische Kommunikation ist leider nicht so gut.

Ich war heute das erste mal bei Dr. Thost. Ich wurde äußerst gründlich untersucht und der Arzt hat mir alle Ergebnisse ausführlich erklärt. Die Helferinnen waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann nichts meckern. Guter Arzt und freundliches Personal.

Ich bin schon einige Jahre hier in der Praxis für Pneumologie und war immer sehr zufrieden mit allen Ärzten und Ärztinnen, die hier gearbeitet haben bzw. noch arbeiten. Es ist leider bei allen Fachärzten normal, dass man Monate auf einen Termin warten muss und die Wartezeit auch mal insgesamt bis zu 2-3 h betragen kann. Wichtig ist doch nur, dass man sich gut aufgehoben und verstanden fühlt und das ist für mich der Fall. Da habe ich vorher ganz andere Erfahrungen gemacht, leider. Macht weiter so, ihr seid ein gutes Team und auch ihr dürft mal einen nicht so guten Tag haben...bei dem Gemecker, was man hier lesen muss.
