München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

I always look forward to my sessions with Sema. She takes a truly individual approach to each person, making every class not only highly effective but also deeply beneficial for both the body and the soul.

One of my favorite studios in town. Top trainers! I try to catch Sema's classes whenever I'm in MUC. Highly recommend :)

I went there with my friend, and overall we liked it, but we felt that we lacked attention from the coach😅 We often had to "watch our neighbor" to understand what to do and how. Also, the changing room is very small (max. 2m²). But everything else was great, the equipment is in excellent condition, and the gym is beautiful! 😊👍

This was my first ever Pilates class and I’m bigger girl so I was scared of even going but Lisa made the session so easy and nice for me. The movements were ofcourse slightly challenging because it was my first time and it isn’t a beginner session I opted for but she suggested everyone easier alternatives for movements that were difficult. She was helpful throughout with the machine, form and even motivating in the session. I felt so much at ease and my anxiety was gone. I’m so looking forward to coming here more often. Thanks Lisa ♥️
