Ein sehr ehrlicher und freundlicher Service. Ich empfehle sie gerne weiter. Habe mein Handy zur Reparatur gebracht . Doch der Herr war so ehrlich und meiner das eine professionelle Reinigung das problem behoben hat . Vielen vielen dank ich komme gerne wieder .

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch bei PHONE AND MORE HANDYSHOP. Die Beratung war kompetent, freundlich und geduldig – hier nimmt man sich wirklich Zeit für die Kunden. Egal ob es um den Kauf eines neuen Smartphones, Zubehör oder Reparaturen geht: Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und ehrlich beraten. Besonders positiv fand ich die fairen Preise und die schnelle Abwicklung. Auch kleinere Probleme wurden sofort gelöst – ohne lange Wartezeiten. So wünscht man sich einen modernen Handyshop! Ich komme gerne wieder und kann den Laden nur weiterempfehlen!

Ich war in dem Laden um mir eine neue panzerfolie kleben zu lassen, ausversehen wurde die falsche geklebt. Ich bin 3 Tage später wieder gekommen und wurde wie beim ersten Mal unglaublich nett behandelt und mir wurde direkt eine neue Folie geklebt- der Herr hat sich sogar an mich erinnert und gehofft dass ich wieder komme. Das ist für mich Top Service! Sogar an einem Montag habe ich den Laden mit einem Lächeln verlassen. 10 von 5 Sternen wenn es gehen würde!
