Located at Brahmsstraße 10, 14193 Berlin-Bezirk Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, PHC BAR operates as a bar serving Berlin in Berlin. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Eating out in Germany runs from a quick Döner at an Imbiss to a long evening in a Gasthaus, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. Lunch menus (Mittagstisch) are usually the best value, menu prices already include 19% VAT and service, and many kitchens close between lunch and dinner. Bakeries open early and are the one shop you can count on for a Sunday morning.
The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. The most common schedule is 18:00–00:00. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 030 895840. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, schlosshotelberlin.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 46 reviews, which is a strong result for a bar in Berlin and suggests consistent service.
Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. Getting around Berlin is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Berlin and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Some places you plan to visit. Others you sort of… stumble into, slightly lost, slightly underdressed, and very ready for a drink. Let’s be honest: Grunewald isn’t exactly “around the corner.” But make the journey. This hotel bar is very cinematic. PHC might officially stand for something else, but to me it clearly means Pretty Heavenly Cocktails. Elevated, intense, beautifully balanced. The menu is lovingly designed with handdrawings, full of unusual combinations that feel playful and exciting. And then there is Konstantin, the charming bar chief, who not only knows his craft but is genuinely excited to tailor drinks to your wishes. But we also happily tasted our way through the menu. Two highlights: The Gurkiri! Green and unapologetically so. Fresh, vibrant, slightly mischievous. A drink that doesn’t whisper, it sings. And July 8th, a sparkling champagne cocktail and, as I learned, an ode to the bar chief’s wedding anniversary. We arrived as wanderers and left as converts.

Refined, classy vibe with an amazingly talented barkeeper. Some of the best drinks you'll find in Berlin if you're willing to go a bit out of your way.

The bar is no longer the "GQ" bar but retains it's elegance and good mixology. It's a bit out of the way, deep in Grunewald, but if ever in the area worth a visit. Thursday nights attracts the schicki-miki crowd, which is great if that is your thing, though frankly anytime is a good time to stop by.

Every Thursday there is a live music, which is worth visiting
