I mailed Peter so he could have a look at the problem beforehand. He said this type of speaker was too modern for him because he specializes in vintage audio. But then he recommended other shops, complete with addresses and phone numbers, where I would get the service I seek. So he didn’t even make money off of me but still provided excellent service. Way to go, Peter!

super service! make an appointment, when they have time you get an appointment. my turntable was turning too slow…fixed for the 20 euro diagnostic cost and further issues for long term (would cost more than the thorens itself) were explained. patient, kind and fair service! heartily recommend!
