Austausch eines Stellmotors für eine Fußbodenheizung angefragt, absoluter Standard, den anderen Kollegen in 5 Minuten erledigen. Rückmeldung: wir haben keine Thermostate und können das nicht. Nicht nachvollziehbar.

Die freundliche Dame am Telefon hat versprochen, sie würde versuchen, einen Elektriker für mich zu organisieren, und dann zurückrufen. Ich wartete vergeblich auf den Rückruf. Vermutlich Personalmangel ..... aber wenigstens freundlich.

Anfrage per E-Mail ob eine Wielandsteckdose installiert werden kann. Ich wurde sehr zeitnah aufgefordert meine Daten mitzuteilen um mich als Kundin aufzunehmen aber das war’s dann auch für die nächsten 4 Wochen. Niemand hat sich mehr gemeldet oder mir mitgeteilt ob die Dienstleistung überhaupt angeboten wird. Auf meine telefonische Nachfrage nach 4 Wochen hieß es es seien gerade viele Aufträge aber man würde sich melden- ich habe dabei mitgeteilt, dass die neue Steckdose bereits vorliegt. Beim Rückruf am selben Tag wurde mir mitgeteilt die Steckdose würde bestellt werden und dann auch ein Termin vereinbart werden. Nachdem ich erneut mitgeteilt hatte, dass ich die Steckdose ja hätte und es nur um den Einbau gehe bekam ich mitgeteilt man würde sich nach dem Wochenende telefonisch melden. Als ich am Dienstag selbst wieder nachgefragt habe wann die Installation der Wielandsteckdose möglich sei hieß es die Dienstleistung wäre nicht möglich da ich die Steckdose ja bereits gekauft habe. Man habe jetzt die nächsten Wochen doch keine Zeit. Meine Nachfrage, ob es anders wäre, wenn ich die Steckdose käuflich über die Fa Appel erwerben würde wurde am Telefon positiv bewertet. Das einzig Gute ist, dass sie noch am selben Tag des Anrufs kamen. Der Rest finde ich völlig ungerecht. Beim ersten Telefonat frage ich sie, was mich der montage von zwei Lampen in unserer Erdgeschosswohnung kosten würde. Sie sagen "Wir müssen nachsehen. Es wird nicht so teuer. bla bla"..herumreden. Nach 2 wochen bekomme ich eine schöne Rechnung von 138€ für den Wechsel fertiger Lampen. 2 Schrauben pro Lampe. Die Kosten für die beiden Lampen betrugen 15€ pro Stück. Ich hatte ein sehr teures Glück.
