Stayed one night with the family on our way to southern Europe. Clean and tidy but not so nice. No AC so quite hot and noisy street outside. Breakfast okey. Big plus for very nice and service minded personnel. Very good price. Okey for quick out and in stop but nothing more.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The Complementary breakfast was wonderfull. We spent 2 days because we wanted to visit oktober fest, its worth to spend your money here rather than highly overrated and costly hotels in munich. Staff is really gentle and prompt in answering your doubts or service requests.

What to expect from a cheap guesthouse? The location is not that great, the rooms are simple but clean. But what is really important, at least for me, is service. And that's simply great for such a place. A very friendly staff who is helpful as well, that's what I love and what you probably would not expect. So if you can live with a simple room and a not that great location. Than it is a good place to stay overnight.
