Keine Ahnung warum ich so viele Negative Rezensionen lese. Für mich ist das ein Geheimtipp, Grade in/bei Berlin. Ich bin hier für 1 Woche in einem Einzelzimmer untergekommen. Mein Fazit: Zimmer super sauber, nirgendwo Staub oder Dreck. Flachbild TV mit 50 Programmen funktioniert tadellos. Möbel alle heile und hochwertig. Bett bequem, ebenso sauber und frisch. Duftet sogar frisch. Ebenso die Handtücher. Kühlschrank sauber. Bäder ebenso Blitz blank. Dusche hat extrem heißes Wasser und einen starken Strahl. Die Vermieterin ist eine nette und höfliche Dame. Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt, Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Und sehr ruhig ist es. Straße hört man nicht. Die ebenfalls staubfreie Heizung funktioniert auch, was will man bitte mehr für unglaubliche 25 EUR/Nacht. Mal im Ernst - für das Geld bekommt man sonst nicht mal ein Bett im 20 Bett Saal in Berlin. Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Tür. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Und nein - ich bekomme nix für meine Bewertung. Ich erkenne nur die gute Arbeit der Vermietung an. Die mehrmals täglich durchs Haus geht und reinigt.

Also sowas unfreundliches hatte ich selten am Telefon. Hat oder wollte mich nicht verstehen. Bin ehrlich gesagt erleichtert das ich kein Zimmer genommen habe

Sehr einfache Unterkunft, überwiegend von Monteuren und Reisenden gebucht. Geeignet für Menschen, die nur eine saubere, günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit brauchen, weil sie viel unterwegs sind.

Kleine Einzelzimmer.,sauber dusche nicht unbedingt auf Zimmer finde ich nicht schlimm.sehrgutes Frühstück. Für Arbeiter völlig ok.
