München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The location is excellent, right next to a metro station, and everything is nearby. You can easily walk to most of the main attractions. The room was good, but there was no air conditioning, so it was a bit warm. Overall, it was a good room at a reasonable price, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were very frustrated with the quality of this stay. Online it doesn’t show you how you enter, but it was pretty sketchy with the main door always being open on a busy bar street which didn’t make us feel safe on our girls trip. The room was not up to cleanliness standards with hair being in the shower and rips and stains in our sheets. The pillows were not comfortable. The location was OK. The host was very kind and responded very well to WhatsApp.

The location was perfect, although it was a bit noisy In the booking it was stated that there was free parking but there are only two available spaces, so if they are free, you can use them, if not you're forced to look for alternatives. The phone number provided was not always responsive but when a person answered it, they were quite helpful and patient. Thanks for the stay anyways, it helped our many memories in Münich!
