For anything on wheels, from a tyre change to a new vehicle, the basics apply: confirm the price up front, ask about the warranty on parts and labour, and get a receipt. Third-party insurance is compulsory, and the dealer will usually arrange the registration (Zulassung) and number plates for you. Busy periods are the tyre-change weeks in spring and autumn and the days before the summer holidays, and breakdown cover through ADAC or your insurer is worth having.

Nürnberg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I wouldn't even give this parking garage a single star if it weren't required. First of all, when it claims to offer free parking, perhaps it shouldn't charge people, as that just leads to confusion. The attendant was a complete joke; I was only two minutes over the time limit, and he bluntly told me I had to pay before leaving. This guy seriously lacks customer service skills and needs proper training—he's just unprofessional. The garage itself is chaotic and lacks basic amenities, starting with the attendant who clearly isn’t fit for the job. It seems like parking garages often hire individuals who just don’t cut it. So it felt good basically to pay for something when I didn’t even receive the proper service!!

Simple way to park. System is with scanning of plates working. You have to pay with the plate number and can be cash or cards. 2 Euros per hour, maximum 20 Euros per day. The curves are with the oncoming traffic a little bit complicate.

Good accessibility to tour places. They install car licence auto reading machine which is so good and unlike any others in German. No need to pick the paper car. It automatically opens the gate counting empty spaces. Sedan could be hard to get out because of relatively small parking area, but it is still attractive!

Generally OK, but it is very pricey and the spaces are narrow. Both cars don't always feet at the same time in corners. You need to have more space so the car coming in the opposite direction needs to wait. The parking lot is kept clean. There are bathrooms available and card payment is possible.
