About Parkhaus

Cars in Germany need the main inspection (Hauptuntersuchung, by TÜV or DEKRA) every two years, and a workshop that handles it for you is worth keeping in your contacts. Ask for an itemised estimate before work starts, check whether the price includes labour and VAT, and ask whether original or aftermarket parts are used. A Vertragswerkstatt costs more than an independent workshop but keeps the manufacturer's warranty intact, and winter tyres are required whenever conditions are wintry.
Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 7 am–9 pm. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Parkhaus on 089 41310909; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp.
Its Google rating stands at 2.4 out of 5 from 62 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I visited the shopping center Media Market at Einsteinstraße 130, Munich, and used the underground parking. The gate was open upon both entry and exit, so I passed through without any issues. However, I later received a penalty which i need to pay. Based on previous reviews, it seems like this might be a deliberate tactic to collect more money. Given the revenue they generate, they should fix their gates and systems to avoid misleading customers. This is highly unprofessional and unfair!

Be careful. Management of this parking clearly act in bad will to mislead drivers and earn from fines! I have received 45€ fine for parking there.

Be careful when you drive here. Even though it looks like it is a free parking, they scan licence plates and send the ticket if not paid. I guess you have to stand and read every possible poster around while you are driving to avoid a parking ticket.

Cool parking with easy access to S-Bahn Leuchtenbergring. Fancy camera parking system makes paying super easy by app, helps especially if you don't have cash on you.

This is a Special parking Place. It seems old and very small. So don’t bring your Bentley, SUVs and sport cars. Not wheelchair or for older people, hard to access for disabled people. The system is cool but for non techies not recommended. You drive in don’t need a card or coin. Systems scans your license plate m. 1 hrs is for free. After that you pay on the machine if you type in your license plate no and pay. If you don’t care just get in the car and drive out. The system knows you and they send a bill 35/45 € cause you forgot to pay at all. So funny thing but it’s also not always open if you need an doctor around.
