Came by per chance wanting to buy something the other day felt a very unpleasant atmosphere in the store as well as very Stubborn and Rude staff. Left without buying anything, can’t recommend going here.

The service in this shop is friendly and I was able to speak English with the staff. I had to go there because my DHL package was sent directly there and nobody ever ringed my door bell to deliver it to me. I have filed a complaint on the DHL website (hard to find, but there is actually a place where you can write to them. There is a subject option "Zusteller hat nicht geklingelt" (The delivery person didn't ring the bell) so I guess this is a common issue). Hopefully DHL can do something about this and make their delivery staff do the job properly next time.

Very nice DHL store. To be fair the service used to be subpar, which explains all the negative reviews, but after the ownership and staff change a few months back everything’s good. The line can get long but nowadays they work through it very fast.

Not the nicest people in the world. They anwer you as you were wasting their time. At rush hour is full, what a normal thing is. If they are so stressed, maybe they should quit with DHL. There is another one in Alte Heide, far way better.

DHL automatically redirects our letters/packages here, unfortunately. I had to pick up a package here a couple of years ago and I could remember it being an unpleasant experience. Things never changed, as we picked up another package yesterday. Two personnel smoking at the entrance. It was hot, and as I was just about to go to the shady side with my bike while waiting for my husband, one of them barked at me about the bike. What a rude, exaggerated reaction!
