München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

As a first time customer this week I was given a positive impression. There is something for every taste :) Regarding the average and rather bad reviews by donators I would like to share my experiences while being in the shop for about 1.5 hours: Several people came in with bags of clothes or shoes. The shop assistants went through the clothes immediately and handed back either nothing, or some of the stuff as they were in too poor a condition to sell them. The shop assistants were overall friendly and the atmosphere in the shop is really laid-back :) I recommend coming there right after opening. After 1 or 2 hours, it gets a bit crowded, and with only two changing cabins, you might have to wait in line.

Disappointed with donating. I brought in a huge bag of clothes to donate - also like other donators report, they only took half. Really good clean, no holes autumn/ winter items and festive dresses for Xmas/ New Years were not accepted. I won’t go through all the hassle again. They did take designer wear like Alice + Olivia or DKNY, pure wool checked suits (Jacket & Trousers matching) and a checked winter coat. Also not getting a thank you at all or words of appreciation is just very unexpected. Verdict: For me it isn’t worth the stress of carrying it all in and then having to carry half back, especially for no words of appreciation. Clearly it’s their loss - I won’t be coming back for donations.

Compact store with quality items and a helpful staff. I purchased two lightweight jackets, a Codello tube scarf, and an L. Credi handbag in pristine condition for less than €80. Some of the items are in excellent condition, but clearly 50+ years old. I would return.

Great concept and lovely shop! Shopping here always feels nicer and more relaxed: the staff is amazing and kind, and there is always some gem to find. Here I found the comfiest sweater ever, it's my favourite thing to wear in these cold months. The shop is helpfully divided in sections, with most of the items being for women. They usually try to have clothes fitting for the current season, so you might not find heavy coats in summer.

I think all positive reviews might come from customers who purchased things from the shop. I guess the staff is much more friendly to them. As a person who came to donate my used clothes, I just felt bad after leaving the store. Firstly, I had to park far away and carry all these things to them. Secondly, I had to wait forever while they looked through my donation to pick out what they wanted and not wanted. Although most of my used clothes were taken, I didn’t feel appreciated and even regretted to come there. The staff was unfriendly and the atmosphere was extremely heavy. They behaved as if they were disturbed and had to spend their precious time on looking through my donation. If you have stuff which you would love to donate, look for other organizations whose staff treats you well and is able to appreciate your gesture of kindness.
