For a place to eat or drink in Germany, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open today (many restaurants keep a weekly Ruhetag), does it take reservations for dinner, and does the menu suit your group. Tipping is modest, rounding up or adding 5-10% when you pay, and while cards are accepted in most places, cash is still the safe choice at bakeries, Imbiss stands and beer gardens. Tap water is not served automatically, and bottles you take away carry a Pfand deposit.
Opening hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11:30 am–9 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Oshikuru on 089 23752840; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. More information is available on its website, speisekartenweb.de.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Dropped to Dont go after my friend and I were served rotten chicken, heated in a microwave. We were charged full price and were threatened with a ban if we did or did not pay. What a pity. This was my previous review: This is a takeaway with a few high chairs. 100% recommended, the food is really good, feels authentic. Zero nonsense sushi and nigiri. Will definitely be going again.

Don't know how I missed this small sushi place in the neighborhood for so long. Really delicious sushi and good value for money - highly recommended. But plan for take away and maybe order in advance as everything is made fresh from scratch.

Very high quality sushi with fresh and abundant ingredients. I remembered to take a photo only half way through the dish, which was the Alaska roll. 8 pieces for 6 Euros. It was a bargain!

This is the best sushi I've ever tried. Very high quality. The rice is perfectly soft, and the fish is perfectly prepared. The cook clearly very well knows what he's doing. I was really amazed, but I waited a little long.
