Sehr schönes Open Air Kino. Schönes Ambiente. Gute Filme. Leider aber sehr albern die Taschenkontrolle auf Snacks, wo man eine Mini Tüte Chips abgeben muss, obwohl man sich ein Getränk kauft. In der heutigen Streaming Welt und der Vielzahl von Open Air Kinos in Berlin ein Grund nicht wiederzukommen. So fühlt man sich nicht wohl. Und so viel Geld hat keiner.

Ganz tolles Erlebnis und alle, wirklich alle Mitarbeiter waren so freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Ich bin begeistert und empfehle es weiter.

Pretty nice open air cinema. It's small but cozy. At the place you can rent some blankets and cushions for a fair price. The toilet is somewhat far away. Other than that I think it'd be cool if they had a popcorn machine for fresh popcorn haha, but it's not necessary. All in all, if you live closeby I'd totally recommend it :)

The movie excellent, the hosts friendly but shamefully I cannot say the same about the whole staff. A friend and I brought some bottles and didn’t have a bottle opener so I went to the store where they sell snacks and asked for one when the woman told me that we had to buy something in order to use it and that we couldn’t drink anything we didn’t buy inside. I told her ok, I understand. we waited up until the movie was finished and we were going out, I went to ask again for the opener but the answer of the woman was “we have to make money so I won’t give you the opener” with a really sarcastic tone. I asked her why since we were already heading outside but she insisted that we still had to buy something. So we left. I really do not appreciate a sarcastic tone when I never disrespected anyone and as a firm believer in client service I felt like it was nonexistent. It really turned a good experience into a really uncomfortable moment within seconds. I hope it will improve in the future.
