Visited the Sound Bath with Frederico on a Friday and had a lovely, diverse and restful listening experience! We were a small group of 8, so it was super calming, the studios‘ floor allows the teacher to walk in complete silence which offers an intriguing landscape of sound. Frederico used 2 different types of bowls, the gong (sick!) and a couple of extras in a dynamic but slowed down way. We all left the class timid, happy and intrigued and I‘d come back anytime I’m on Berlin! Thanks!
