Nice little old railway system from the last century, somewhat enchanted and ingrown with birch trees. You can find old railway systems, turntables for locomotives, tracks, switches and buffer stops. The whole is designated as a biotope. A nice little adventure walk with kids. At a safe distance there are still active railway lines, for example to Mühldorf, and you can watch the trains nicely. You can park well in Neumarkter Strasse, for example.

An interesting concept. I discovered this place several years ago, before it became a park (construction on nearby apartment blocks was in progress). It is much more interesting to go to places where you are not allowed to go and see things that others may never see because they stick to the official paths. If you go deep enough into the overgrown bushes you may discover that some people used this place for squatting. It is funny to observe visitors's reaction: because it is a "park", people go there with baby strollers and expect an enjoyable atmosphere. When a freight train loudly rolls by (it is right next to functional and very busy tracks), people get visibly annoyed.
