die Leuchten von Occhio gehören bei Design und Technologie für mich zu den besten Lösungen am Markt und deswegen haben wir auch bereits eine schöne Sammlung aus Occhio Leuchten. Bevor man sich für Occhio entscheidet, sollte man aber wissen, dass der Service bei Occhio einfach unterirdisch ist. Das beginnt bereits in der Angebotsphase, in der wir sehr lange auf Rückmeldung von Occhio warten mußten. Vor einigen Wochen hat sich dann von unserer Luna Cloud 3 plötzlich eine der Leuchten gelöst und ist auf dem Boden zerschellt - wir warten nunmehr seit 3 Wochen auf eine Rückmeldung von Occhio, ob sie die Leuchte auf Kulanz ersetzen bzw. wieviel sie für den Ersatz der defekten Leuchte berechnen würden. Nach Auskunft meines Fachhändlers und auch nach unserer eigenen Erfahrung ist das bei Occhio kein Einzelfall, sondern die Regel.

Ich habe eine Occhio Sento vor Jahren gekauft, da der Trafo defekt war über die Verkaufsstelle in Frankfurt für viel Geld eine Reparatur nebst LED Upgrade in Auftrag gegeben. Das hat alleine unglaubliche 4 Monate gedauert. Leider kam die Lampe mit neuem aber erneut defekten Trafo zurück. Hat die Firma keine Qualitäts und Endkontrolle? Lampe wieder ab nach München und nach weiteren 2 Monaten immer noch nichts zurück. Bei einer Lampe die regulär einen Neupreis von 3000 € hat sollte man einen anderen Service erwarten können. Da gibt es online und Diskounter die tauschen einfach gegen neu in einer Woche. Man sollte sich die Anschaffung gut überlegen...

The lamps in our walking closet are beautiful but the customer service is terrible. We bought our lamps in 2019 and were told that they would last for a very long time. But then the system just broke down and we contacted the sales person here in Zurich. He first sold us new lamps, then a new chip and now the previous air controller does not work anymore. Nobody every really helped us and we are so disappointed as we were recommended these lamps by our architect.

Ich habe 2019 zehn Occhio Piu Alto gekauft. Stand heute, 2024, sind bereits 2 davon kaputt gegangen. Völlig überteuerte Lampen und ungenügende Qualität. Ich kann leider Occhio in keinster Weise weiterempfehlen. Nachtrag 2025: Von den zehn Spots sind nun 5 kaputt! Ich warte seit über 2 Monaten auf Ersatzteile.. Ich habe mich nun entschieden, auch aufgrund der extrem hohen Ersatzteilkosten, die Lampen abmontieren zu lassen.

We have been blown away by the quality of the Occhio products and they have played a huge role in our 2022 dream renovation project. Crafted to perfection like pieces of gorgeous jewellery we can't recommend them enough....Blown away they have changed the way we live!
