Banken ohne Menschen - was machen die Alten... X "Ich stehe am Automaten, die Brille auf der Nase, die Hände zittern leicht. Früher ging ich einfach zum Schalter, sprach mit der Dame, die meinen Namen kannte, und sie erledigte alles für mich. Heute gibt es diesen Schalter nicht mehr. Heute gibt es nur noch Maschinen und Bildschirme. Überweisungen? Online. Kontoauszüge? Online. Beratung? Nur noch nach Termin, per App gebucht. Aber ich habe kein Smartphone, ich habe nie eines gebraucht. Und jetzt stehe ich hier -mitten in einer Welt, die mir fremd geworden ist. Ich höre die Stimmen um mich herum: „Das ist doch ganz einfach, man muss nur klicken." Einfach? Für mich bedeutet es Stress, Angst, das Gefühl, etwas falsch zu machen. Einmal habe ich mich vertippt, und das Geld war weg. Wochenlang hat es gedauert, bis es zurückkam. Ich habe mein Leben lang gearbeitet, gespart, vertraut. Und nun, im Alter, fühle ich mich ausgeschlossen - nicht, weil ich nicht will, sondern weil ich nicht mehr mitkomme. Manchmal frage ich mich: Ist das die moderne Welt, die uns versprochen wurde? Die Oberbank schafft es nicht nur, bei ihren Kunden in Sachen Service und Transparenz regelmäßig zu enttäuschen, sondern zeigt auch als Arbeitgeber eine beeindruckende Unfähigkeit. Fehlende Wertschätzung, veraltete Strukturen und ein toxisches Arbeitsklima scheinen hier Standard zu sein. Kommunikation? Fehlanzeige. Führungskompetenz? Unauffindbar. Fazit: Man fragt sich, ob die Führungsetage ebenso wenig über Personalführung weiß wie über Finanzmanagement.
