I enjoyed this restaurant a lot (I ate here 2-3 times a month). After some time, new owners arrived to this restaurant and everything went downhill after that. For the context: we ordered the "All you can eat" menu, where you can order a maximum of 5 things from the menu and then wait 10min to order again. We waited for more than 30 min to receive our first order and we didn't receive everything we ordered. We decided to make the 2 order so we could at least eat something. The same thing again, wait for more than 30 min, didn't receive everything. The woman (who apparently is the new owner) didn't even said "Sorry" for the bad service. What's worse is they're removing bad reviews (because the German law, allows them to). So, instead of trying to improve they're sitting there reading and removing bad reviews. Such a shame. I have proof (photos) that I visited this place a lot of time, so don't even think of removing this review. For people reading this: this place is very expensive and for that price someone would expect a good service at least, but the truth is totally different. We ordered a variety of dishes to share. The Peking Soup (spicy and good), Edamame, and Unagi Nigiri were all solid choices. For mains, we loved the Teppan Yaki Suteki—it was delicious, though a bit expensive given the small portion size. The Thai Curry Chicken was just okay, but unfortunately, the Teriyaki Chicken didn't taste very fresh. For dessert, we highly recommend the Sesame Ice Cream! We also tried the Tiramisu, but the portion was too small for the price. Overall, the atmosphere is nice with great lighting, and the service was excellent—fast and friendly.

FOUND A RUBBER BAND IN DISH The waiter said sorry but wasn’t planning to replace with a new one. Not sure if he was trying to just remove the contaminant and keep me the food but I insisted to return it. Followed with that was the impolite serving, putting the plates with loud noise… Not sure if he meant it… making this review as a kind reminder for all. The young waiters& waitress are friendly however.

I have been a customer here for years! Never wrote a review until now. This is my go-to spot here in Regensburg. I love the all you can eat option. Ordering on the iPads is fun! Also they make delicious sushi. I always have good service too!

It was nice. I was late getting there due to a local holiday so I will have to go back for the full experience. But the Buffet was the menu of choice €22.50 so I didn't eat all I could eat due to the time but what I did was pretty good.
