The location was great near museum island. We liked the washer and dryer app as we knew when it was done. We were on the 5 th floor with a huge balcony. Here are some improvements needed. We stayed 6 nights and as this is an apartment hotel there is no room service. There is a cabinet with supplies but it is limited. Staying for 6 nights we did not have enough garbage bags. So it accumulated and started to smell in the heat. This hotel does not have central air conditioning and what is provided is a portable unit where you must vent it out the patio door. That would be ok except it was nearly 40 degrees and the hot air from the door being open would be greater than the cool air generated. Suggestion is to make an exterior vent so you do not need to open the patio door and you can hook it up to the portable air conditioning. This would also save on electricity. We also had issues with the elevator button as it is a screen touch system and would not recognize the finger.

My experience with Numa has been terrible so far. The room is incredibly hot, and Numa has a very ambiguous definition of “AC” Let’s start with the positive: the room is well designed/clean, the terrace is awesome and overall pleasant for a short to medium stay. Check in process was fine. When we entered the room, it had 33 degrees in here although their mobile AC unit was running. Well I soon found out that’s basically blowing the hot air back in the room as the AC is not even properly installed. After contacting support I was told that these rooms are not equipped with AC (contrary to what most booking websites have listed as amenities for this Numa). Their chat support AI is terrible for 2026 standards and not helpful at all. Their customer contact center employees are slow, inefficient and clearly trained on deflecting any issues rather than finding solutions. Shoutout to the technician for bringing us a second AC unit. It’s now 29 degrees in the room, so still not great. I was considering Numa for another stay but after looking at various reviews from different locations, it seems that Numa has no proper working AC in most of their units. Stay away during the summer month

We made this reservation through Booking.com more than 2 months ago and fully completed the payment. We have now arrived in Berlin from Turkey and are being told that our reservation “does not exist” and that we cannot stay at the hotel. This situation is completely unacceptable. We have valid booking confirmations and proof of payment. Offering us a lower-quality alternative hotel at the last minute does not resolve the issue. We specifically chose and paid for your hotel, and your property confirmed this reservation. At this moment, you are causing us serious inconvenience, financial loss, stress, and disruption after international travel. We expect an immediate and professional resolution — not apologies without action. If this issue is not resolved immediately by providing us with accommodation of the same or higher standard, we will proceed with: A formal escalation with Booking.com, Legal and consumer rights complaints, Public reviews and documentation of this experience across all major platforms, Further action regarding accepting payment for a confirmed reservation and then denying accommodation upon arrival. Today 27.05 and now we are waiting in front of the hotel

I couldn't have asked for a nicer place. It's absolutely central to everything we wanted to visit, we were able to walk to just about every tourist site we wanted. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-enough stocked. The stove is a little small, but that's to be expected in a kitchenette like this. There's laundry in the basement, which was a welcome surprise. It would have been nice to have a sofa if the room were a little larger, and the room got really warm in the evenings. But I would definitely stay here again were we to come back to Berlin. And after staying here, I definitely would like to return soon!
