Numa Berlin Belfort

Rooms are becoming old and shabby. Noise by other guests throughout almost the entire night. Unavailability of staff to do something about it. Early morning noise by someone moving around containers. Never again NUMA Berlin !!!

We previously stayed at Numa in Berlin several times and were always very happy — which made our experience at Numa Belfort particularly disappointing. We paid around €200 per night expecting the same standard shown in the photos, but the apartment we received was clearly very worn and in poor condition. The walls were scuffed, the overall interior felt old, and the kitchen looked extremely basic and far from what you would expect at this price point. Nothing against IKEA — but this honestly felt like the absolute cheapest setup possible rather than a serviced apartment experience. The bathroom was the biggest concern: visible mold in the shower corners and along the sealing, which is simply unacceptable. There was also a sign instructing guests to open windows and use the extractor hood while cooking… except there was no extractor hood installed. We were travelling with a small child, and the difference between the advertised photos and the actual apartment was so noticeable that we honestly started wondering whether families might sometimes receive lower-standard units — hopefully that’s not the case, but the mismatch was striking. We also had issues with the entrance access code

We had a very nice stay in the „Large studio with kitchenette“ on the second floor at Numa Belfort. The apartment feels cosy and not like a hotel at all. It was clean and tidy. Do not expect a sterile hotel room, it feels more like a typical Berlin flat. Great balcony, nice trees in front, great location. There is an interesting back yard with floating flamingos. Booking and check-in via well working app.

Simplicity and ease of use via application one small suggestion is direct access to chat via that not What'sApp for stuff like check in requests etc. Small bar fridge with water beer and refreshments is a nice touch too is the quality tea coffee on offer. The hidden back courtyard with koi fish a nice oasis too. Overall a commited new client of the service thumbs up.

Nice location, fancy yard but, for a moment, have you tried using the bathroom in the room?! It's completely seen through from the bedroom! Zero privacy, or, I would say, minus privacy. Please please please do something!
