Ich bin leider sehr unzufrieden mit dem gesamten Ablauf. Mein E-Scooter steht nun schon seit längerer Zeit (2 Monate) wegen eines Schadens, und obwohl das Gutachten bereits erstellt wurde, zieht sich die weitere Bearbeitung extrem in die Länge. Die Kommunikation ist zwar vorhanden, aber konkrete Fortschritte lassen auf sich warten. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass sich selbst nach Einreichen aller Unterlagen die Freigabe der Reparatur weiterhin verzögert. Es handelt sich hier lediglich um einen E-Scooter und nicht um ein komplexes Fahrzeug. Umso unverständlicher ist es, dass sich der Prozess so lange hinzieht. Man fragt sich wirklich, wie lange es dann bei einem Auto dauern würde. Da ich den E-Scooter für meinen Minijob benötige, ist diese Verzögerung für mich sehr problematisch. Insgesamt hätte ich mir deutlich mehr Effizienz und eine schnellere Abwicklung gewünscht. Leider nicht zufriedenstellend.

Warning: Beware of engaging with the company Nürnberger Versicherung! My experience with them has been overwhelmingly negative and I strongly advise against any interaction. Despite initially promising service, their handling of my Rechtschutzversicherung was abysmal. Initially, I was impressed by the responsiveness of my contact person, but once the agreement was in place, their communication slowed to a crawl. My attempts to seek assistance were met with delays, ignored emails, and a blatant disregard for my concerns and complaints. To exacerbate matters, they redirected me to the NRV Neue Rechtsschutz Company (maybe a sister or affiliated company???) whose service was even worse. Despite my reliance on their assistance, the service provided has been notably sluggish, with no tangible outcome thus far. Astonishingly, my contract was terminated by their decision, citing it as burdensome, despite the absence of any compensation rendered to date. The dubious actions of both companies raise serious legal and ethical questions, leaving me uncertain about the possibility of reclaiming the high premium already paid (360 EUR/yr!) I am paying these people 1000+ euro a year for car insurance and their central helpdesk is not able to speak English when I needed them. It was not a "ein moment" and transfer me to an English speaking colleague or something, just a simple "nein" and awkward silence. I can't comprehend how a company in this industry found young people to employ that actually don't speak any English. Your money is very welcome you should just not expect anything in return. It's the worst stereotype of unhelpful German level of service. I'll be switching next year and advise all my colleagues and everyone to avoid them. Their FahrerPlus app obviously doesn't work in English either. I'm fairly sure it's very hard to find developers in Germany that don't speak English, they probably all do and it would take 1 hour's work to translate all the text; they just don't bother (not the fault of developers, they do what they are contracted for).
