Notzke Personalmanagement GmbH

Notzke Personalmanagement GmbH is a personalvermittlung in Erlangen, Bayern. It is listed at Friedrichstraße 13, 91054 Erlangen, which places it among the local businesses of Erlangen that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as personalvermittler, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Hiring a tradesperson in Germany works best with a clear brief: describe the job, ask for a written Kostenvoranschlag, agree on timing and payment stages, and confirm who supplies the materials. The quote should state whether 19% VAT is included, and a Meisterbetrieb or Innung membership is a sign of formal qualification. Many firms visit before quoting and then send the estimate by e-mail or WhatsApp, which leaves you a record of what was agreed. Keep the Handwerkerrechnung: part of the labour cost is tax-deductible.

The business lists hours on 1 day of the week. On most of those days it is open 08:00–14:00. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 09131 970070. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, notzke-personal.de.

Its Google rating is 3.7 out of 5 from 9 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect before you commit to a visit.

Erlangen is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in Erlangen, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.
