Medical services in Berlin range from neighbourhood practices to university hospitals. Bring your insurance card, any previous test results and a list of medications you take. Your Hausarzt (family doctor) is normally the first stop and issues the referral (Überweisung) that specialists and hospitals ask for. Pharmacies (Apotheken) are separate businesses that dispense the prescription you are handed, and every district keeps a Notdienst rota so that one pharmacy is open at night and on Sundays.
The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. Typical hours are 08:00–20:00. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 030 49917111. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is nordkreuz-apotheke.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
With 3.7 out of 5 on Google from 83 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for apotheken in Berlin. German customers tend to review sparingly and critically, so a mid-range score with detailed comments is often a fair picture.
Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

It has honestly always bugged me that there isn’t a Nordkreuz train station. Clearly these people feel the same, so for that reason I award five stars.

-A Pharmacy giving headache-They sold me a small FFP2 mask which was not even fitting to my ears. A few hours later I went back to the pharmacy to complain about it with the mask in my hand. A not helping, non cooperative seller was trying to convince me that it s a STANDARD mask and I had to accept it as it was. For her, no return no exchange was possible. She only offered a tiny rope that I could extra tie to the FFP2 mask from behind!! I tried to wear the mask in front of her to show her that it doesn't work and ı don't want any extra aparat to wear a mask in my every day life. She was still trying to argue about STANDART and convince me about something that was not fitting to my face. This happened to me two times and no need to visit this shop again, if they are not a night pharmacy and it is urgent to go there!!

Highly unprofessional and disappointing service. Was at the Apotheke for a sensitive matter and after lining up was told to wait while other customers were served first. When I asked why I had to wait, the pharmacist then loudly broadcast this sensitive matter to other customers in the store. After 15min of waiting I was eventually served, which took about 2min, further highlighting how unnecessary being asked to wait was.

I've been there three times within four weeks with the same skin problem, each time I was told that what I was given before was completely wrong and sent off with another fairly expensive product. None of these products worked. Another pharmacy gave me something that worked immediately. Could have been lucky, but still. The staff was friendly and took their time though.
