In meinen Mantel musste ein neuer Reißverschluss eingenäht werden. Dies wurde sehr schlecht gemacht. Der Reißverschluss wurde auf der Innenseite nicht ins Futter eingenäht, sondern auf der Innenseite außen festgenäht. Das entwertet die Jacke komplett. Außerdem war sie nicht zum vereinbarten Termin fertig.

I brought in a pair of new pants and paid to have them hemmed. When I went to pick them up a few days later, she could not find them. I was very understanding and just asked that she keep looking for the pants. I did not request a refund, just that she keep looking. Her reaction, instead of trying harder to figure out where they went or offering any kind of apology or refund, was to begin creating a complete fabrication about the date I dropped them off, telling that I’d already picked them up (??!), calling me on the phone and yelling, actually calling me a liar, that she’s contacting a lawyer?! Wildly inappropriate customer service, completely out of line. Aggravating, unprofessional, and totally unnecessary. I would avoid interacting with this woman at all costs.

Ngoc Van is nice and hard working lady . She is down to earth lady , very gentle speaking . she stitched my clothes in Vietnam and hence I know her personally . Like every one as their own dream , Ngoc Van is also landed in Germany wit the dream of building her own business . She fought with all odds , struggles and finally opened the shop . Traditionally her ancestors are from garment industry , I am sure if given opportunity , she will do well . She needs support . She wants to stand on her own . Request people around her to support her .
