Ich hatte zunächst etwas Angst, den Salon zu besuchen, da ich in der Vergangenheit bei einem anderen Salon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht hatte. Umso positiver wurde ich überrascht: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden.

Ich habe eine Pediküre bei Tuan gemacht und bin sehr zufrieden. Er war zu süß und nett. Kann ich empfehlen :)

Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. I went in for a simple pedicure and left with my feet looking worse than before. The work was rushed, careless, and extremely unprofessional. My cuticles were aggressively cut and left sore, uneven, and visibly damaged. The technician handled the tools so roughly that the entire treatment was painful instead of relaxing. The final result was embarrassing, messy work, poor attention to detail, and zero care for hygiene or customer satisfaction. To make things worse, the staff showed no concern when I pointed out the issues and acted dismissive and uninterested. For the amount of money charged, this place delivers shockingly low quality service. I honestly regret going there. I would never return and I strongly warn anyone who values cleanliness, professionalism, or basic competence to stay far away from this salon.

Echt tolle Mitarbeiter und freundlich auch. Die Nägel sehen immer gut aus und wenn es mal ein Problem gibt einfach hingehen und es wird sich drum gekümmert. Echt tolle Arbeit wird hier gemacht deswegen bin ich auch schon länger Kunde und werde es auch bleiben.
