Ich finde diese Praxis nicht wie ihre Name"nett" Alle sind da irgendwie immer böse. Sie sind sehr unfreundlich.

Visiting Dr. Schmid’s practice is always a positive experience. The team is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They make sure every patient feels supported and heard. Because I don’t speak German well, it means a lot that Dr. Schmid speaks English and explains everything clearly. I’m very grateful for their kindness and excellent service!

Die Ärztinnen mögen gut sein, aber bis man zu ihnen vordringt...!? Man hat mich gezwungen, wegen eines Papiers nochmal nach Hause zu fahren, obwohl ich einen Akuttermin hatte. Niemand hat gefragt, wie ich mich fühle und ob ich das schaffen kann... Später hat man mich komplett übersehen und mein Termin wäre fast vergessen worden, aber entschuldigt hat sich niemand.

Das Team der Praxis und insbesondere Frau Dr. Schmid verdienen höchste Anerkennung! Die Damen an der Rezeption sind immer freundlich und auch auf E-Mails wird geantwortet und wenn man anruft wird der Anruf auch entgegengenommen. Bei Frau Dr. Schmid fühlt man sich einfach wohl, weil Sie sowohl fachlich als auch menschlich überzeugt. Es wird sich Zeit für einen genommen und auf die Bedürfnisse eingegangen.
