Ich bin super dankbar für die Zeit, die sich Linda genommen hat. Durch ihre Schilddrüsensprechstunde und den Workshop weiß ich viel besser über meine Autoimmunkrankheit Bescheid und es geht mir deutlich besser.

Ich habe Linda 2021 bei einem Wim Hof Seminar kennengelernt und war danach ein paar Mal im Aroma Yoga. Dieses Jahr war ich das erste Mal in ihrer Praxis. Ich fühle mich bei allem, was Linda anbietet sehr gut aufgehoben und freue mich auch weiterhin von ihr begleitet zu werden. Ob in der Mikronährstofftherapie, beim Yoga oder beim Eisbaden. Sie macht alles mit großer Leidenschaft, Hingabe und Kompetenz. Lieben Dank an dieser Stelle, Linda!

Ich habe am Wim-Hof-Kurs teilgenommen und bin immer noch tief beeindruckt von dieser Erfahrung. Von der ersten Minute an habe ich mich unglaublich gut aufgehoben gefühlt – getragen von einer Atmosphäre, die gleichzeitig ruhig, kraftvoll und voller Vertrauen war. Die Kursleiter haben uns mit so viel Klarheit, Präsenz und Kompetenz durch die Übungen geführt, dass ich jederzeit das Gefühl hatte: Hier darf ich einfach loslassen. Egal ob Atemtechnik, Kältebad oder Meditation – jede Einheit war bis ins Detail gut angeleitet und ich fühlte mich rundum sicher. Besonders berührt hat mich, wie viel Raum für persönliche Erfahrungen geschaffen wurde. Es ging nicht nur darum, Techniken zu lernen, sondern darum, sich selbst auf einer tieferen Ebene zu begegnen. Die Kombination aus Atemarbeit, Mindset und Kälte hat bei mir ein starkes Gefühl von innerer Stärke und Verbundenheit ausgelöst. Ich bin aus diesem Kurs mit einem warmen Herzen, einem ruhigen Geist und einem gestärkten Körper herausgegangen. Eine wundervolle Erfahrung, die ich jedem empfehlen kann, der sich selbst ein Stück näherkommen möchte. Absolute Empfehlung – von Anfang bis Ende einfach großartig.

Ich habe bei Linda einen Hormonyogakurs, eine Hormon-Workshop, einen Wim-Hof-Workshop und ein Wim-Hof-Retreat absolviert. Sie ist sehr kompetent und hat eine sehr angenehme und einfühlsame Art zu unterrichten. Der Einsatz von ätherischen Ölen macht ihre Stunden zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Volle Empfehlung von Herzen!

Linda ist eine sehr nette und einfühlsame Naturheilpraktikerin! Auf einem ziemlichen Tiefpunkt und auch etwas skeptisch kam ich zu ihr als meine quasi letzte Hoffnung. Und was soll ich sagen: schon nach dem ersten Treffen zeigte sich eine deutliche Verbesserung meiner Gesamtsituation! Niemals hätte ich das für möglich gehalten, vor allem da ich noch nichtmal alle Ratschläge und Verordnungen sofort zu 100% umsetzen konnte. Ich bleibe auf jeden Fall dran! Es lohnt sich.
