Here’s a polished review you could post: Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. They didn’t have any cold drinks available, which was unexpected. The tables and seating area were dirty, making the restaurant feel poorly maintained. Considering the quality of the food and the overall ambiance, I found the prices to be too high. I hope they improve their cleanliness and service, as the restaurant has potential.

The steak was super juicy! I would give a big 10/10 for everything, but unfortunately, the place inside is not suitable for dining in: too hot, and no ventilation, which brings out the smelly air of food. Everything else TOP!

I suggest getting their quicker options like dürüm or döner since plated dishes take too long to prepare, but that isn't bringing my rating down since the döner itself is genuinely rivaling high end döner places in Istanbul. The taste of the beef is insanely good, the döner itself is correctly made with layers and layers of flattened beef and a fat cap on top that melts onto the beef and bastes it as it cooks. Keeping it simple really lets the flavor shine. Indicators of good döner is if the meat is pink while there are charred bits waiting at the bottom, that means it was freshly cut so it'll be hotter and have more tallow. It will be especially good if it's ever so slightly charred. I suggest dürüm with some onions, a bit of lemon to cut through the fattiness and a mix of the spices they have at the counter. So chili flakes, sumac, oregano. If you like the yogurt sauce and the hot sauce, you can add those too, but in my opinion try it without sauces first. Ayran obviously goes really well with this, spicy şalgam works too. The workers are also really nice, make sure to say "Kolay gelsin" or "Hayırlı işler" when leaving.

Having read some reviews online, I was honestly a bit hesitant to go but I’m glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised by their food. The meat with the smoky flavor was excellent. They also gave us tea and a complimentary baklava which were pretty good. I’d definitely go again and would also recommend it to my friends too.

It is not premium. I ordered stake sandwich and asked without onion, and it came only with very little salad. The same with the sauce, I asked for a little bit of each and it came only with yogurt.
